In the case of responsibility, after dividing the house owned by the deceased parents between the two brothers and four sisters according to Sharia, the share of the house that came to the deceased sister is the share of the deceased’s three sons and one daughter from the first husband and one daughter from the second husband. Similarly, if the deceased’s second husband was alive at the time of her death and the deceased was married to him, then after deducting the deceased’s rights from the estate of the deceased, i.e. the funeral expenses, if any If there is a debt, after paying it and if the deceased has made a valid will, then after implementing it in one-third of the estate, the remaining total estate is divided into 32 parts, 8 parts to her husband, 6 parts to each son and 3 shares will be given to each daughter.

It will be divided into 8 parts between three sons and two daughters, each son will get 2 parts and each daughter will get 1 part, percentage wise 25 percent will be given to each son and 12.5 percent will be given to each daughter. know
